About The Palms
The Palms at Hamilton first opened it doors in 2005.
The menu at The Palms was developed with an emphasis on beef and seafood. All steaks are cut, trimmed, tenderized, and aged in-house for tenderness and flavor. Popular dishes include 20oz Ribeye, Ahi Tuna, Potato Crusted Grouper, Oysters, Shrimp, and Alaskan King Crab Legs.
The Palms at Hamilton started a tradition of providing an atmosphere where customers may enjoy their meal, sip fine cocktails, and dance the night away to the sounds of a DJ or live entertainment. Recently, the Coconut Room and Piano Bar was built so that one may enjoy a refreshingly new level of dining, wine, and the entertainment to the sounds of a live Baby Grand Piano.
The Palms at Hamilton is one of Chattanooga's hottest late night destination, and with the new Coconut Room and Piano Room, a new tradition is born. The Palms opens at 2pm daily in The Lounge and 4pm in The Coconut Room. There is now more dining options than ever at The Palms. During the Summer, there are smoking friendly and non-smoking patios, each serving dinner. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there is live entertainment on the patio until midnight. The Coconut Room Patio, the non-smoking option, has an "inside outside" feel as the bar opens to the outside.
